Privacy Policy

PeakSkill ("we", "us") is an online learning site run by Karamkonda Ranadeep Siddhartha (Udyam: UDYAM-TS-03-0078202), 8-1-574, Vinayaka Nagar, Kattarampur, Karimnagar, Telangana - 505001, India. This policy explains what we collect when you register or buy course access, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and WhatsApp number, chosen at registration.
• Payment references — order ID, plan chosen, amount and payment status. Payments are processed by PhonePe; we never see or store your UPI PIN, card numbers or bank credentials.
• Usage needed to run the site — login sessions, and which lessons your plan unlocks, so access works after payment.

What we use it for

• Creating your account and keeping it secure (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Unlocking the C, PHP and HTML lessons you paid for, on the plan you chose.
• Contacting you on WhatsApp or by email about your order, access or refunds.
• Basic accounting: keeping payment records as required by Indian tax rules.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who else sees your data

Only what is needed to run the service: PhonePe processes your payment (their own privacy policy applies to the payment step), and our hosting provider stores the site and database. Paid videos require an active account subscription. The first C lesson is also provided as a public sample.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie so you stay logged in. It is set with HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Learning progress in your account

We store lesson completion and playback position with your account to help you continue learning across devices. Contact us to request removal of your account data.

How long we keep data

Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and afterwards only as long as Indian accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account any time on WhatsApp — we will remove your personal details, except records we must legally keep.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account by messaging us on WhatsApp (93471 85591) or emailing hello@peakskill.online. We will respond within a reasonable time.
